Visit 422 Consumers Rd in North York from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. This is our only location with in-store shopping. For planned quantities or larger orders, order online and wait for confirmation before collection.

Where can I pick up my order?
Confirmed orders can be collected in North York, Mississauga, or Scarborough. North York also supports in-store shopping during posted hours. Mississauga and Scarborough are packaging supply warehouse pickup locations for paid online orders and do not offer in-store shopping.
How long does pickup preparation take?
Preparation time varies by hub and order. Your order receipt does not mean the order is ready. Wait for a separate order-ready email with the confirmed location and collection instructions before travelling.
Can I arrive before my order is ready?
No. Wait for the pickup confirmation email before travelling to the location so the team can confirm that the complete order is prepared and available.
Can I shop in person?
In-store shopping is available at 422 Consumers Rd in North York from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Mississauga and Scarborough require an online order and pickup confirmation before arrival.
What should I bring for pickup?
Bring your order confirmation email, order number, or proof of purchase. Confirm that your vehicle has enough room for the complete order, especially large box bundles and other bulky packaging supplies.
When can I pick up my order?
North York pickup is available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Mississauga pickup is available Monday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm. Scarborough pickup is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. Follow the location and timing information in your order-ready email.
What happens if I do not pick up my order?
Orders not collected within 7 calendar days after the pickup notification may be cancelled. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method.
