Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Orders placed online can be picked up at our pickup location after the order is confirmed and prepared. Please do not arrive before your order is ready.

Can I shop in person at your location?
Yes. In-store shopping is available at the North York location Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Scarborough and Mississauga are pickup-only locations, so orders for those locations must be placed online and confirmed before pickup.
How do I place an order?
Browse the products, choose the bundle or pack size you need, add items to your cart, and complete your order online.
Can I buy just one box?
No. Individual boxes are not sold separately unless clearly stated. Products are sold in the bundles, packs, or case quantities shown online.
Pickup
What should I bring?
Please bring your order confirmation or order number. Large box bundles can take up more space than expected and may not fit in every vehicle. Confirm that your vehicle has enough room for the complete order, and contact us before pickup if you are unsure.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, as long as they have your order confirmation or order number. If needed, please let us know in advance.
Do I need an appointment?

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery availability depends on your location, order size, and the products ordered. For larger or bulk orders, please contact us.
Do you ship across Canada?
We currently only ship across the GTA.
Why is shipping sometimes expensive?
Boxes, rolls, and large bundles take up a lot of space. Carriers calculate cost by both weight and package size.
Should I choose Ship to Me or Deliver to Me?
Ship to Me is often the more economical choice for smaller orders, while Deliver to Me may offer better value for larger orders. Compare both rates at checkout before placing your order.
